About the Owner Emily Kuderer, LMT/LE/RYT
While getting her Master’s Degree in Health Education fate stepped in and showed Emily yoga, massage, and natural medicine. Emily’s path as a healer began in her hometown of Cincinnati, Ohio when she obtained her yoga instructor certification at Cincinnati Yoga School. Thai yoga massage bridged the gap for her and showed her the many connections to yoga and massage. Once she moved to Colorado, she felt inspired to register for massage school. She received her training from the Denver Integrative Massage School, and returned to school 3 years later to study esthetics. She now has the ability to combine yoga, massage, and skincare, making her the only small business owner in Grand County with a unique background in those three areas. She is also the only full-time independent therapist offering skincare services as at Winter Park Resort.
Since the completion of her massage training, Emily has continued to travel and study other healing modalities including esthetics and her advanced yoga training. She prides herself on being the only therapist in town who can integrate advanced skincare with a deep tissue massage. Emily and her providers that make up Inner Peace Massage bring a multidimensional approach to wellness by offering clients a unique combination of therapeutic massage + advanced skincare + transformational healing for body, mind, spirit, and skin! She continues to use her degree in Health Education by taking every client interaction as an opportunity to educate them about diet, exercise, and a healthy lifestyle. This is not just a massage, but rather an opportunity to make a change!
Please understand that Emily is an independent business owner with a small staff, not a corporate spa. If you are interested in booking a massage during peak season, the best thing you can do to ensure getting the service(s) and time(s) you want is to book at least 24 hours in advance. This is especially encouraged if you have a group or want another therapist for a Couples Massage. Due to the increased popularity of the Winter Park Area, Emily now adds fees for last minute appointment requests.
About Katie Mehsling
Katie has been a licensed massage therapist since January, 2019. She grew up in Berthoud, CO, and moved to Fraser in 2023. She worked seasonally from 2014-2017, spending time in Alaska, Southwest Colorado, Texas and Florida. After landing in Florida, she was inspired by her mother (who is also a licensed massage therapist) to study massage. Katie attended Sarasota School of Massage Therapy and completed their 800 hour program in November, 2018.
During her course at SSMT, she was introduced to many modalities of massage such as: Swedish Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Stretching, Sports Massage, Prenatal Massage, Myofascial Release, Cupping and more. Katie is passionate about the mind-body connection and has furthered her education by becoming certified in Craniosacral Therapy Level 1 and Reiki Level 1.
Having struggled with tendonitis and chronic anxiety in the past, she understands how debilitating pain & stress can be and how they can hinder people from doing what they love.
As a massage therapist, Katie takes the time to truly listen to her client’s needs to ensure that their short term and long term goals are met. She aims to give massages that are both relaxing and therapeutic, so that her clients can continue to do the things that they are passionate about.

If you prefer to pay with a credit card, we will still happily accept. Thank you for understanding.

- Every weekend during Spring Break
- July 4-Labor Day
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please be aware of our strict cancellation policy before booking: any appointments cancelled within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged a 100% fee. BAD WEATHER and SICKNESS still fall under this policy; the only way to avoid a fee is to provide a doctor’s note. Please plan for inclement weather accordingly; arrange transportation (I can help with this) if you are worried about snow/ice please cancel/reschedule before the 24 hour deadline. Please be aware we likely turned down other clients to work on you! We appreciate your cooperation with this.
“Now I can find my inner peace through helping others. It is my honor to bring you to a relaxing space and higher vibration. Namaste“
