Sunshine On My Shoulders – Integrative Massage

A full body massage that combines long, gliding strokes up the body along with trigger point therapy to break up knots and tight muscles. This is a great option if you are looking for medium (firm) pressure and to simply relax and be pampered after a hard day on the slopes! If you are feeling extra sore or have not had a massage in at least 30 days, an 80 or 90 minute treatment is recommended. We want you to leave singing “Sunshine on my shoulders makes me happy!” Please note at this time we can only accommodate prenatal massages that are in their first trimester where the client is comfortable laying on their stomach.

The John Denver – Deep Tissue Massage

This massage is geared for the everyday athlete who is looking for a more therapeutic experience. Combine deep pressure, myofascial release, assisted stretching, and trigger point therapy for the perfect, full body release. This is a great option for avid skiers and riders looking for pain relief after a long day of shredding! If you are feeling extra sore or have not had a massage in at least 30 days, an 80 or 90 minute treatment is recommended.

Some Like It Hot – Hot Stone Massage

Hot stone massage is a specialty massage where the therapist uses smooth, heated stones as an extension of their own hands, or by placing them on the body. The heat combined with our Ayurvedic Deep Tissue Oil Blend can be both deeply relaxing and help warm up tight muscles so the therapist can work more efficiently into those areas.

Rocky Mountain High Massage – Altitude Sickness Aromatherapy Massage

$125/60 min $145/75 min • $165/90 min 
While visitors from lower elevation struggle with adjusting to the high altitude of the Rockies, many can find relief through massage therapy. Beginning with a steam inhalation of Young Living “Brain Power” essential oils that are proven to reoxygenate the blood, hot towel compressions are applied during a full body massage, followed by a reflexology session of the feet that focuses on relieving the physical symptoms of altitude sickness that include nausea, breathing difficulties, headaches, and more.

Reflexology

$45 for 30 min treatment add-on
Reflexology is an ancient healing technique where the therapist works on reflex points on your feet and hands that relate to specific organs and glands in the body. Stimulating those points with finger pressure promotes health in those organs and glands via the body’s energetic pathways. Reflexology is an extremely relaxing way to treat conditions that affect the respiratory, digestive, lymphatic, and nervous systems, as well as relieve pain and harmonize the body systems. When booking your reflexology appointment, be sure to tell your therapist if you have a specific condition you would like to focus on during your session so they can create a treatment plan for you. Your reflexology session also includes Sanitas Hydrating Scrub and hot stone massage. Be sure to drink lots of water after as this is a detoxifying treatment.

Traditional Thai Yoga Massage

$160/90 min 
Wanting to try a massage modality that is equally as unique as it is beneficial to the body? Thai Yoga Massage, or Lazy Man’s Yoga, is done on a comfortable mat on the floor while wearing stretchy clothes. It combines compressions, yogic breathing, and lots of assisted stretching while also utilizing heated thai herbal compresses on the body. While thai massage is great for everyone, it is best suited for athletic clients who prefer deeper pressure.

Integrated Thai Yoga Massage

$150/90 min 
Not quite ready for the floor? East Meets West in this beautifully integrated treatment that combines traditional western massage with the Thai Yoga stretches. This will be done on the massage table at any level of pressure you like with the use of heated thai herbal compresses on the body. Wearing underwear for this treatment is preferred but not necessary.

The Inner Peace Signature Treatment: 90 min Massage and Mini European Facial $170
Enjoy a full body massage with a European mini-facial. The mini-facial utilizes natural ingredients and includes a deep cleansing, exfoliation, steam, mask, a thorough facial massage, and finishing products. 90 Minute Signature Partner Massage + Facial Combo $180/pp
Enjoy a 45 minute full body massage to the pressure of your choice followed by a 45 minute facial. This is a wonderful service for girlfriends, mom and daughter, or couples!

2 Hour Goddess Partner Massage + Facial Combo $230/pp
Enjoy a 60 minute full body massage to the pressure of your choice followed by a 60 minute facial with your friend, partner, or relative. Both clients will be in separate rooms for their treatments and switch.

The “Kapunka” Thai Massage + Facial Combo $170/90 min $220/120 min
Experience the unique combination of a European Facial + Thai Yoga Massage. “Kapunka” means “thank you” in Thailand; you will feel the love and gratitude pouring from your heart after experiencing thai yoga massage, or “Lazy Man’s Yoga” on a traditional massage table with a mini facial or European Facial all in the same treatment! This is a great package if you are new to thai massage and curious to try it; you won’t find this rare combination anywhere else! Thieves is a therapeutic grade essential oil blend from Young Living that consists of cinnamon, clove, lemon, eucalyptus, and rosemary. This treatment can be added to any massage or facial and includes a steam inhalation and aromatherapy Thieves massage, followed by hot towel compressions all over the body to drive the oils deep into the bloodstream and promote circulation.

Mini Gentleman’s Facial $65
My express gentleman’s facial addresses the 3 main skincare issues that men face: ingrown hairs, large pores, and wrinkles. This is a great 30 min add-on to a massage.

Hello Glow Body Scrub $45
Add a full body Sanitas Milk and Honey Sugar Scrub to your massage or facial and receive an additional 15 min added to your service. The full body scrub is an incredibly relaxing way to exfoliate hard to reach places and leave your skin glowing!

Late Notice Fees

Due to a huge increase of visitors to Grand County, Inner Peace Massage may assess a late notice fee during peak season to last minute appointments to encourage advance booking. For bookings made with less than 24 hours notice that require hiring a second therapist a fee of $20 treatment may be added. For any bookings made with less than 2 hours notice a fee of $20 per treatment may be added. This is to ensure you get the treatment(s) and time(s) you want. Please note that you can book online here.
