Private Yoga Classes
Private Yoga Instruction is safe and personal to what you want to learn. With very few live yoga classes being offered in Grand County, why not try a private class with loved ones? What would be more relaxing than enjoying a private yoga class with personal attention in my office, or even in the comfort of your own vacation home? As well as having my massage license, I am also a certified yoga teacher. Yoga led me to massage, and I love sharing both of my passions with my clients.
The gym at my office (the Iron Horse Condominiums) is available for private instruction as long as you are registered guests or owners. All other yoga inquiries can take place at your mountain getaway or at the Polestar Pilates Studio in Fraser (based on availability). $125/60 min class • $140/75 min class for 1-3 people
Experience individual attention at the pace that you want. Your yoga instructor will work with you to create a personal experience that fits your level of ability. Vinyasa flow, Hatha, yin, or restorative yoga are the styles we like to teach. For the yogi looking to deepen their practice, a 75 minute yoga class will incorporate more meditation and breathing exercises to soothe your soul and help you find your inner peace. ALL ABILITY LEVELS WELCOME! This price is for private instruction for 1-3 people, please see below for larger class size pricing; these prices are for studio classes in Fraser as well as mobile instruction between Winter Park, Fraser, and Tabernash; please add an additional $20 fee to drive to Granby.
Additional Yoga Student 4+ $10/pp
If you would like to book a group yoga class at my office or in your home please add $10 for each extra individual after the third student.
Inner Peace Massage also offers a variety of Massage Services with Combo Packages as well as Mobile Yoga Classes and is available for special events.
