Cancellation Policy
Please be aware of our 24 hour cancellation policy:
A credit card is required to hold an appointment. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged 50% of the total appointment cost. If you do not show up for your appointment or cancel within 2 hours you will be charged 100% of the total appointment cost.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in the price of the service. If you enjoyed your service 15-20% gratuities are customary and appreciated.
